Brooke Snyder

Brooke was born and raised with this mentality, growing up in the Montrose and Rifle, Colorado, areas as a fifth-generation cattle rancher, farmer, and land conservationist. Along with coming from a cattle and farming background, Brooke is also a third-generation outfitter and wildlife enthusiast.

Throughout her involvement in high school with the National FFA Organization (Future Farmers of America) and 4-H, Brooke took advantage of multiple opportunities to travel locally, statewide and across the country to share her love for the agricultural industry. She furthered her education in the ag industry by attending the University of Wyoming and studying animal science. There, she was involved in Wyoming Collegiate Cattlemen's Association and learned many different life skills that she still uses today.

Brooke has worked on many different cattle operations, including feedlots in Texas and Delta, Colorado. Her family raises commercial mother cows along with hay to sustain the animals. She is AI-certified and has her own small herd of mother cows that continues to grow year after year, much like her passion for agriculture and life itself.

Brooke's family's outfitting business is based out of the Rifle and New Castle areas, and she's proud to have spent many fall days assisting her parents during hunting season. Brooke has exhibited an entrepreneurial spirit throughout her life, creating businesses for herself ranging from a small clothing line promoting the outfitting business to raising cattle and building business relationships with people around the world.

Brooke combines her knowledge of livestock with experience regarding the improvement and management of Colorado wildlife habitats. She prides herself on her work ethic, passion, and drive that propels her continued growth both personally and professionally within the agricultural real estate community. Brooke is trustworthy, reliable, and honest. She is thankful for the environment in which she was raised and is looking forward to helping you with your next real estate transaction.
